Delivery & Returns

Delivery within Australia

We charge a $12 regular postage fee or $16 express postage fee for deliveries within Australia (as varied from time to time and subject to a surcharge for large orders). To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 5 business days of the purchase date. Most Australian orders should arrive within 7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing hello@lauraavery.com.au within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.


Delivery outside Australia

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery outside of Australia.


Returns

Laura Avery Skin Design has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Our ‘no refund’ policy applies to skin treatments and medical procedures, including but not limited to Cosmetic Injectables.

Treatments, services and packages are not transferrable between clients and may only be swapped for other treatments or services at our discretion.

Refunds for retail items may be provided if the following conditions have been met:

  • The item is not a Dermaviduals custom made product (including a Bespoke Cleanser, Bespoke Serum, Bespoke Individual Mask, Bespoke Base Cream or Base Gel);
  • The items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date and the original sales receipt is present;
  • The items are in original condition as purchased and unused. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under any circumstances.

On receipt of your goods being returned to Laura Avery, a refund will be issued back onto the credit card used for purchase, excluding shipping fees.


Missing items

If you experience packing problems, please check your items against your receipt. If there are any discrepancies, please email hello@lauraavery.com.au as soon as possible and within 30 days of purchase date.


Damaged items

If you receive any retail products in a damaged condition, we may issue you replacement products at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.


Shipping

If you decide to return your item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not to be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item.
